RT Series Race Track Vibrators

Rosler's RT Series Racetrack vibrators have a longer working channel than standard rotary vibrators. They are effective for both batch and continuous processing of small to mid-sized parts.

Named for their race track-shaped oval processing channel, Race Track vibrators ususally require less floor space than comparably-sized round vibrators.

One drive with plenty of horsepower

Unlike the competitive models, Rosler's Race Track machines have a single direct drive vibratory motor. This eliminates the need for drive or timing belts and tensioning devices. 

The Rosler direct drive system is powerful and virtually maintenance free.

All Rosler RT Series Racetrack machines are suitable for ball burnishing and pressure deburring using steel media.
