Long Radius for Longer Processing

Rosler LR series long radius vibratory machines feature a processing channel that is 3-4 times longer than standard rotary vibrators, making them ideal for continuous feed processing of small to mid-sized delicate parts.

Long radius machines allow for processing times of up to 10 minutes.

Single vibratory drive

Unlike the competition, Rosler’s Long Radius machines have a direct drive. This eliminates the need for drive or timing belts, tensioning devices, etc.

The Rosler direct drive system is powerful and virtually maintenance free.

All Rosler Long Radius machines are suitable for ball burnishing and pressure deburring using steel media.

Rosler offers 5 different machine sizes, with usable volumes from 9 cubic feet (2.75 cubic meters) to 55 cubic feet (16.75 cubic meters), and channel lengths from 17 ft. (5 m) to 30 ft. (9 m).
