Rosler plastic media is manufactured in Battle Creek, Michigan using special low-wear polyester and carefully selected abrasives. We continuously monitor raw materials and conduct finished product testing to ensure our media consistently meets the highest quality standards.

The size of your media is important

We manufacture plastic media in a broad range of sizes, from: 1/4 in. (6mm) square base pyramid to 3 1/8 inch (75mm) pyramid. Our in-house die and mold making shop allows us to produce custom sized molds and ensure the perfect size for your application.
