Advantages:

Process Steps:
- Cleaning of the cutlery → mechanical surface cleaning in polishing media. Depending on the degree of contamination, processing times may vary; however no precleaning is required
- Rinsing → takes place with fresh water
- Drying and polishing → RCD dryer with heated and sanitizing drying media

Option 3: Cutlery Dryer CD (Models 3000, 5000, 8000L)

The wet cutlery coming out of the dishwasher is placed into the cutlery drying/polishing system where the vibratory drive induces a spiral movement of parts and drying media through the spiral bottom process channel.
The media consists of a plant based, sanitizing fine particle granulate which dries and polishes the cutlery along with providing a spot free luster on the cutlery surface. The integrated heating system keeps the media at a constant preset temperature and causes the absorbed moisture to evaporate.
The cutlery, be it made from stainless steel or silver, leaves the dryer perfectly dry, shiny and sanitary.
